That is why I am so thankful for Ultimate Thermofit. Wow, what an awesome supplement! I take it twice a day: about 30 minutes before lunch and another about 30 minutes before dinner. Scientifically, I know it is increasing my metabolism and helping me burn extra calories. But, it also decreases my appetite so I'm not eating as much during my meal. I don't get any side effect either. I know many thermogenic supplements out there can cause a racing heart, jitters, a burst of energy and then a crash... but I have never felt any of that with ThermoFit. I just feel better: more alert, more motivated, less fatigued.
